Founded by Alexander Prothmann, a Red Seal 308A Sheet Metal Journeyman with over twenty years of hands-on experience, the company combines deep trade expertise with a consultative, customer-first approach. Originally established as a sole proprietorship in 2009 before incorporating in 2012, Alpro has grown steadily, expanding into the standing seam roofing market in 2015 and evolving into a full-service provider of premium metal roofing systems.

Today, the company is supported by a dedicated team of office staff and skilled installation professionals who bring consistency and precision to every project. Every installation is backed by in-house fabrication, allowing each component to be produced with accuracy, improving fit and long-term durability.
